Q - Are all of your products in stock?

A - Our stock control system is live, but it can very occasionally happen that even though an item is shown in stock, we do not actually have it in stock. This can be caused by two people trying to buy the item at the same time, or if we sell the item off line (telephone order etc.) and the stock control is not yet updated. Should this happen, we will always contact you with the estimated delivery date and the option to amend or cancel your order.

Q - I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

A - Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is, either by email or phone. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Q – Is it possible to have my order gift wrapped?

A – Sorry but we do not currently offer this service. If it would be of benefit to you, please let us know. It is something we may consider introducing if demand is high enough.

Q - What types of payment do you accept?

A - You can pay for your order with the following methods:
